Policies and Procedures (Refund Policy included)

Please Read our business policies.

1. New Releases come out Monday thru Friday, you may shop my website 24/7 and/or claim items via facebook albums, instagram, messenger parties, and/or shopify site. Like and follow me on facebook facebook.com/sofancyjewels
2. Facebook albums are items I have in stock. You may claim the item you would like, by commenting "Fancy me". If they have numbers, you only need to comment "fancy me #". If you would like to multiples of one item, please state it as such, ie." fancy me x 2".
3. You will be invoiced for items I have in stock within 24 hours of your comment, but if it is a new release item, you will be invoiced closer to the expected arrival of that piece.
4. Your invoice will be sent via square invoicing from " So fancy jewels", any replies, or feedback will come from or be sent to sofancyjewels@gmail.com. You may pay with any major credit card and we will not need to exchange any of those details. All of that will take place when you pay the invoice. All I will need is for you to enter in your shipping address for a speedier delivery. If I have to reach out for these details , it will take a little longer. Invoices are expected to be paid within 48 hours of receipt. Any invoices unpaid will be cancelled unless communicated with me otherwise.
5. Shipping is a flat rate of 3.75, and if you order 5 or more pieces I will ship for free and that discount will automatically be applied on my Shop.
6. Returns are not accepted. You may request a refund within 3 days of receiving the package, but I must have proof (photo or broken piece) sent to me via email. This is only if I do not already have another one of these pieces. If I do have another piece, I will most likely opt to sending you a new one. My desire is to make the customer happy with the piece they wanted. Communication is key! Stay connect with me and communicate with me, and we can come up with a solution.
